Savannah joined our team in October 2024 as our vibrant Office Administrator, bringing her people-centered experience and can-do attitude to our dynamic office. She’s the dependable “go-to” person who keeps everything running smoothly, balancing a wide range of tasks with skill and efficiency.
As an invaluable support to our consultants, Savannah handles everything from administrative duties and CV formatting to social media marketing. She’s often the first person you’ll connect with, setting a warm and welcoming tone for our office.
Savannah’s dedication and attention to detail make her an essential part of our team. Her passion for helping people shines through in all she does, as she’s genuinely driven by the opportunity .to make a meaningful impact on each candidate’s career journey.
Tanya
anya joined Bertlie Recruitment in 2020 as a cheerful and dedicated Office Administrator, bringing her extensive experience in people-centered roles to our team. Known as our reliable “go-to” for support, Tanya quickly mastered the art of juggling tasks in our fast-paced environment, excelling in everything from office administration to social media marketing and CV preparation.
In August 2023, Tanya was promoted to Recruitment Consultant, where she now channels her passion for helping others into directly connecting candidates with their next career opportunities. Her warmth, organizational skills, and commitment to making a difference make her a natural fit for this role. Tanya is highly attentive to each candidate’s unique journey, taking pride in contributing to their success.

Natalie
Natalie is one of the founding members of Bertlie Recruitment. She comes with over 16 years’ experience and a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the freight and logistics sector.
She prides herself in providing a culture of continuous improvement, a passion for her clients and candidates and an intrinsic understating of their needs.
Meeting the expectations and requirements of both her clients and candidates plays a key role in her success.
Natalie has developed a national footprint within the freight and logistics industry sustaining and building reputable relationships with her key clients and candidates.
She is passionate about her career and will continue to build a foundation and platform of changing people’s careers which she finds so fulfilling and rewarding.
Jackie
Jackie started her career in 2005 as a researcher where she was sourcing top skilled candidates in the IT and Freight and Logistics sector.
She then was promoted into a recruitment consultant role where she had a successful career in the IT Sector.
She was then promoted into a team leader role managing a team of IT Consultants and then soon was promoted to the IT Branch Manager.
Jackie started her partnership with Natalie Barrass 12 years ago when Bertlie Recruitment was established and overall she has gained 17 years’ experience in nationally recruitment where she has established a well-respected and long standing relationships with her clients and candidates.
Jackie takes pride in her approach to understand the candidates needs and wants and meet the requirements of her client’s needs.
Jackie has a passion for recruitment and making a positive impact in her clients and candidates working career.
Amber
Amber joined Bertlie Recruitment in the middle of 2021. She comes with a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of the Freight and Logistics industry.
She is a specialised recruiter with over 5 years’ experience.
Amber is passionate about the industry and was able to hit the ground running, successfully placing her first candidate that she interviewed!
Amber has loved reconnecting with her old clients and candidates and igniting past relationships which she had successfully established over the years, as well as taking on multiple new clients!
Amber has a go-getter personality, a big heart for helping people and thrives on changing people’s lives for the better.
She prides herself on listening to her client’s needs and delivering them with the exact skill that they are after, streamlining their recruitment processes which has made her successful in her recruitment career.
