About me
I am a young development studies graduate, with a certificate in project management and a strong background in the project management field
I spent 3 years as a project manager at a small construction and maintenance company where I was responsible for Planning(execution methodology, risk assessment, Scheduling and  budgeting), execution, writing Completion report and all administrative duties of the company, I was also managing a small team of about 15 individuals on site ensuring that the execution goes according to the scope of work, projects are delivered on time and on budget and adherence to the safety measures are we were working at a mining facility for most of the time.
I then joined the Department of Agriculture, Land reform and Rural development in 2022 January, The working scope is diverse and I have gained a lot of practical experience in Project/Programme Monitoring and evaluation, ensuring implementation of the provincial operational plan, but also had an opportunity to improve my communication skill through making presentations and engaging with the stake holder, the directorate am currently working in has a lot of administrative work which is an essential skill I have also polished on especially Microsoft excel.

ï‚· Coordination of development of District and Provincial Integrated Operational Plan (IOP), analyzing listed dependencies, Quarterly target breakdown, ensuring budgets provided are correct , engaging with District Directors and Programme managers to make adjustments.
