• As Senior Recruitment/HR Officer, my duties are as follows:
o Recruitment via many platforms e.g. Pnet, LinkedIn, Facebook, newspapers
o Induction of New employees
o Appointment, offer letter, contracts of new employees
o Monitoring of employees attendance, leave management system, ensuring employees are in line with company policies and procedures. Providing status report to all supervisors on employee attendance and to my superior.
o Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance and appraisals with each department
o Assisting each department and supervisors on improvement or training required to employees
o Identifying trends, patterns and challenges, providing feedback to my superior and implementing a method and way forward.

o Client Liaison i.e. client meetings
o Assisting clients with roll-out of training and skills gaps within their organisations.

• As a Project Lead, my duties are as follows:
o Working collaboratively with client and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines are achieved and projects are within budget.
o Overcoming time and financial limitations.
o Implementation and developing project plans to track the project from inception to finalisation.

• Business Banking: Monitoring of bank accounts, paying suppliers, monitoring income, payroll payment to staff and managerial staff.
