Good day
I possess skills and extensive experience within team based environments in FMCG (cold storage and dry goods) retail and chemical industries by performing functions such as managing, supporting, supervising, controlling and leading warehouse personnel, furthermore the skills and experience gained in warehouses operations acquired from different sectors will be highly beneficial to your organization. I have recently graduated from the management college of Southern Africa conferred a bcom degree in supply chain management accompanied by a certificate in import, export and logistics management from University of Cape Town.
I believe motivated and involved employees where transparency is key to achieving set goals. In addition transparency increases employee involvement which leads to maximum output with less costs and decreases employee turnover. I am however looking to join an organisation that will enable me to learn their culture and in turn I will contribute to the overall operations of the department while developing employees so they can in future contribute to the organisation and thus increasing employee retention and involvement.
