Coordinate the shipment of goods via ocean freight from origin to destination, ensuring effective logistics management.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments to maintain operational efficiency.
Review and validate import documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, commercial documents, and import permits, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Oversee and assist with file registration, process cargo dues, and provide instructions to the shipping line and transport providers.
Monitor vessel arrival dates and ensure prompt clearance processes are completed.
