  • Matric.
  • Advantageous to have Industry level qualification/ tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Department, Project Admin, Systems, Training Administrator and or Senior Operational role in Freight Forwarding.
  • Cargowise – essential.
  • ERP System knowledge – MS Dynamics advantageous, Excel, SharePoint, Forms (Design).

Main Purpose of The Role:

  • General Implementation Administration & Facilitating role.
  • Internal/ External Projects and Process Improvements.
  • Internal & Customer Training.
  • Support, develop and adhere to standardized implementation methodology, deployed in all national operations for A/S customers..
  • Customer Visibility Application Support & setup (Training, setup, etc.).
  • Project Administration & Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all customer implementations nationally according to standard Implementation guidelines.
  • Support Sales on new business implementations, improvement projects and account handovers.
  • Facilitate and support SOP reviews.
  • Custodian of nationally approved Implementation Document framework.
  • Lead and coordinate Quality and Improvement projects.
  • Govern and support version control and document updates.
  • National Implementation reporting on a weekly/ monthly basis.
  • Coordinate support from System and Business Processes on all Company’s tools as it relates to Implementation projects.
  • Customer Visibility platforms – Setup and Application Support.
  • Internal training and refresher training on Implementation and related principles.
  • Maintain internal SharePoint site and develop/ create and maintain flows associated with internal processes.
  • Support all customers’ on-line connectivity with the Company’s Tracking and Tracing tools, including internal and customer training.
  • Managing Customer Implementation projects
  • EDI/ API Analyst role & Business Implementation Management.
