The Senior Forwarding Controller manages and coordinates the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods. This role emphasizes compliance, cost optimization, and client satisfaction throughout the forwarding operations.

Job Requirements:
- Matric.
- 1-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 3 or NQF level 4 or equivalent.
- Have 5-7 years import controlling experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry with proven track record of end-to-end process execution.
- To co-ordinate the freight movement of Import cargo through the international transport chain in terms of the client’s import requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan freight movement.
- Cost freight movements and prepare service estimates.
- Coordinate freight movement and customs clearance of import cargo.
- Administration of file.
- Arrange insurance cover and process claims.
- Effect creditors disbursements and process debtors’ invoices.
- Coordinate customs clearance of bond store.
- Complies to the requirements of the quality management system.
